· Directions: Major crossroads are Ellsworth and Elliot in Mesa, Arizona. Take Highway 60 (Superstition Freeway) to Ellsworth. Exit the freeway going south on Ellsworth until you reach Elliot. Take Elliot Road east to Mountain Road (first road going south.) Take Mountain Road south past all the new construction and the small bridge until you reach Galveston Street. Turn east on Galveston Street. The property is the third property on the north side at 22922 East Galveston.

· City: This property is in an area reserved for future annexation for the City of Mesa, but is served by the Mesa Post Office. It is located in eastern Maricopa County and is approximately ten - fifteen minutes from the Superstition freeway. Stores are approximately ten minutes away.

·Property Uses: This is horse property. Some of the neighbors in the area keep horses. Approximately one mile to the North several housing developments are under way.
· Utilities: The electrical company is Salt River Project. A septic tank is installed and working. Water is supplied to the house by a private shared well. The trash pick up is contracted through a private company that serves that entire area. Rural Metro serves the area as the local fire department.

Schools: The bus from
the Queen Creek School District picks up children from that area. However, the
Benjamin Franklin Charter School is also in Queen Creek and there are new schools
being built by the Gilbert School District in the Ellsworth/Guadalupe Road area,
a few miles North of this property.
